Called for a tail light to be replaced under original manufacturer's warranty on a used Jetta I bought elsewhere. Was told it would be a $60+ service charge, wasn't happy, but accepted it. They found the fault, ordered the part, service for the following week. One hour, they swapped my light, did a *full inspection*, everything is great, complete with paperwork. I went to grab my wallet, and *didn't get charged a dime*, fully covered under warranty. Will be returning here for regular services. Reception was kind and thoughtful, even with my sour attitude early on in the experience. (Sorry Karolynn). Even the parts desk guy was good to talk to. Looking forward to getting 300k KM out of my 2020 Jetta, and with this kind of service, won't be an issue, I think.

I regret to share that my experience with Cambridge Volkswagen has been consistently disappointing. Despite my car being under warranty, the service has been unprofessional and biased. Every visit has left me with more issues than I started with, making it evident that they view customers solely as money-making machines. Despite being a local, I would never return, and I've discouraged everyone I know from using their services. In contrast, Crosby in Kitchener has been a reliable and helpful choice. The customer service at Cambridge Volkswagen, especially from the lady at the front desk, has been characterized by a horrible attitude and a lack of smiles. When addressing issues with the manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive "I can't do anything." Even my family and frineds who owns VW, has stopped going there due to similar problems. Unfortunately, it seems that being a person of color at Cambridge Volkswagen means being treated as a second-class citizen.
